1. Commitment to Learner Privacy
Beyondlex Academy values the privacy of engineers, founders, and students who learn on our platform. We operate under a simple principle: we never sell your personal data, and we collect only what is strictly required to deliver our educational services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Email address and display name provided during Google Sign-In or Magic Link authentication.
- Learning Progress: Completed lesson IDs, active reading timestamps, and field artifact submissions.
- Payment Records: Transaction IDs and payment confirmation status transmitted by Safepay. We never see, store, or process your credit card numbers or banking passwords.
3. Cookies and Session Storage
We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies managed by our authentication provider (Supabase) and Next.js 16 proxy layers to maintain your active login state. We do not use third-party cross-site advertising tracking cookies.
4. Public Certificate Verification Ledger
By default, completion certificates are issued with public verification enabled so employers can independently validate your credential ID (`BLX-XXXX-XXXX`).
You maintain full control: at any time from your Certificates Dashboard, you can toggle your certificate to Private with one click.
5. Data Rights & Contact
