Beyondlex Academy is operated by Beyondlex (Pvt) Ltd. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or accessing our learning workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Course Enrollment & Access Licenses
When you purchase a course (such as Full-Stack AI Engineering & Autonomous Agents), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, individual lifetime license to access the curriculum, practical field artifacts, and AI tutor capabilities for your personal professional development.
Account sharing, redistributing proprietary exercise rubrics, or scraping course content is strictly prohibited and results in immediate revocation of your account and verification records.
3. Payment Processing & Currencies
All direct course checkout transactions in Pakistan are processed securely via Safepay (a State Bank of Pakistan compliant digital payments gateway). Payments can be completed using debit/credit cards or supported bank accounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4. 7-Day Refund Policy
We stand behind the depth and quality of our engineering curriculum. If you are not satisfied with your enrollment:
- You may request a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- To prevent abuse of our accredited credentialing system, refund eligibility applies only if you have completed fewer than two modules and have not claimed or generated a verified certificate.
- Refund requests can be submitted directly by emailing

5. Certificates & CPD Credits
Beyondlex Academy certificates represent technical completion and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours conferred in accordance with our curriculum requirements. They are verified on our public registry ledger. They are not formal university degrees or statutory government licenses.
